A PCA's main objective is to provide support to our members for them to maintain an independent lifestyle. This position can be extremely rewarding and fulfilling for those who may fit the mold. As a Personal Care Aide your duties will vary on a client-to-client basis. Most commonly you will perform housekeeping tasks, cleaning, laundry, and preparing meals for the client. If the client needs include hygiene care, you would assist them with bathing, grooming, and personal care. You may also need to assist the client by running errands, this would be grocery shopping or picking up items they may require.

PCA Essential Duties:

• Ensuring a safe and clean environment
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Running errands
• Meal prepping
• Assists clients with personal hygiene and grooming

PCA Requirements:

• Successfully pass a OSBI background check and health screening
• No certification or experience required
• Must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• Authorized to work legally in the United States of America
• Able to provide 2 valid forms of identification as listed on USCIS Form I-9
