WHO YOU ARE

As a Fulfillment Operator 3, you have the ability to perform all functions surrounding: Moving, picking, stocking and staging products and materials using a Turret Truck, “Cherry picker”, reach truck, pacer, walkie or other material handling equipment.

WHERE YOU WILL WORK

Carlisle, PA facility

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Perform required duties and functions including order picking, full pallet replenishments, product moves, loading, unloading, and put away. Assisting with other projects as assigned.
  • Maintains PIT certifications on the walkie rider, pacer, reach truck, Turret Truck, and Cherry Picker. Demonstrates competency using an RF scanning device.
  • Report quality and inventory variances to individual leads and/or supervisors
  • Maintain the facilities, equipment, tools and materials in a neat, clean, orderly fashion, adhering to all sanitation practices
  • Assists company in servicing the customer and meeting all required Key Performance Indicators
  • Follows all AMES/ACDC policies and procedures, best practices, and OSHA regulations
  • Must comply with all safety policies and procedures; including, but not limited to wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Other duties as assigned (including, but not limited to, training of others within job class, sanitation, down pallets clean-up, safety committee, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

Education and Relevant Work Experience

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Able to complete simple math, to include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Able to read and comprehend simple instructions
  • At least two of the three stand up forklift certifications and RF scanning device experience or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Pass and maintain industrial lift truck certifications

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
