HVAC Lead Install Technician

Pat Plumbing, Heating, and Air in Topeka, KS is currently seeking a full-time, Journeyman or Master Licensed, HVAC Lead Install Technician to install new Heating and Air conditioning systems in our customers' homes in Topeka and the surrounding area.

As an HVAC Lead Installer with us, we value the quality of our installations over the quantity of how many we can get done. We allow up to 1.5 days to complete a new HVAC system installation in our customer's homes. We value your personal time by having an on-call environment that ends at 10 pm nightly so you can spend quality time with your loved ones and we only service existing and maintenance agreement customers. Our HVAC Install Teams average 40-50 hrs. per week.

Exceptional and efficient work plus excellent customer service is rewarded by a structured bonus program which can significantly increase your overall compensation. We have year-round work with minimal slow time and no layoffs.

PAY & BENEFITS

This Licensed HVAC Install position earns a base pay of $35-40.00 per hour ($70-80K annually) with additional bonus potential of $15,000 annually.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

5+ years of experience as an HVAC Lead Install Technician

Self-motivated and able to take initiative to get things done

Enjoy working with others and being on a high functioning team

Maintain a strong work ethic and a positive attitude

Willingness to grow personally and professionally

Journeyman or Master License required
