Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently install new HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills when interacting with clients, providing detailed explanations of the installation process and answering any questions or concerns they may have.
• Ensure proper handling and installation of HVAC equipment, adhering to safety protocols and manufacturer specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to complete installations within established timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct thorough inspections of completed installations to verify functionality and address any issues or deficiencies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, leaving the premises in the same condition as found, and disposing of waste materials properly.

Job requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a lead HVAC installer
• Must have EPA Certification
• Demonstrated expertise and proficiency in HVAC system installations, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
