Building Maintenance - Full-time / Part-time

• Check and maintain all machine fluid levels, including coolant and oil levels to ensure proper machine functioning. 
• Collect plastics chips, drain coolant, and any other production waste materials from machines and dispose of in trash. 
• Update scheduled maintenance logs for dust collection system, machines, etc. 
• Maintain and clean dust collection system. 
• Maintain and clean CNC & Conventional equipment. 
• Daily, check shop areas, office areas, restrooms, outside areas for spills, trash, etc. and clean up as needed. 
• Air blow and/or sweep front of buildings and parking lots, pick up any trash and throw away. Power wash as needed. 
• Regularly ensure all departments in both buildings are organized, dusted, swept, mopped, vacuumed, etc.

• –1-year general maintenance with some minor general repairs experience. 
• Previous experience performing general cleaning and basic maintenance is preferred. 
• Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Machine shop environment with exposure to large machinery/equipment. 
• Clean and well-ventilated production areas, noise levels are moderate 
• Stand and/or sit for prolonged periods of time. 
• Bend at waist and/or knees. 
• Climb up and down ladders, stairs, and/or ramps. 
• Lift and/or move objects up to 50lbs and occasionally up to 70lbs from one location to another. Assistance is available. 
•  Back brace/belt will be made available upon the request of the employee.
