The company typically employs fundraisers who engage with potential donors in public settings such as street corners or shopping centers. These fundraisers aim to inspire individuals to become regular donors to the nonprofit organizations that Dialogue Direct represents.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising campaigns, including donor acquisition, cultivation, and stewardship strategies.
  • Inspire and motivate team members to success and clear goals, articulating the importance of their contributions to the campaign's success, and recognizing their efforts and achievements.
  • Implement and maintain company policy standards to ensure a uniform and professional operational atmosphere.
  • Promote a culture of outstanding performance and effective team management by providing valuable coaching, motivation, and training.
  • Develop and implement extensive training initiatives for new team members and leaders, with the goal of cultivating skilled fundraising teams and fostering the growth of future leaders.
  • Facilitate training for new hires and team leaders, ensuring comprehensive understanding of campaign goals, company policies, and effective fundraising strategies.
  • Manage various data-related responsibilities including updating family trees, confirming hours, supervising inventory, conducting budget analyses, and tracking team performance.

Qualifications:

  • We seek a candidate prepared to lead our fundraising initiatives in Puerto Rico, poised to drive success and effect substantial change within our organization and the causes we champion.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning, leading, and monitoring team performance.
  • Capable of thriving in both collaborative settings and independently driven work environments.
  • Proficiency in managing fundraising software and tools, with strong data analysis skills and team management features.

*This is a base and performance related pay role (uncapped). The compensation listed above has been calculated based on meeting minimum performance requirements and is expected to grow considerably as the team grows.

Requirements

  • Adherence to DialogueDirect values
  • Advanced experience in Face-to-Face Fundraising
  • Proven success in coaching and leading Face-to-Face teams (2+ years in a similar role)
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly performance driven, results oriented and willing to lead from the front

  • Commitment to field leadership and accountability
