Responsibilities

• Build relationships with sellers and buyers, understanding their needs and financial abilities to propose tailored solutions
• Act as a consultant, providing guidance and supporting clients through the marketing and purchasing process
• Conduct comparative market analysis to accurately estimate property values
• Promote listings through various channels such as advertisements, open houses, and listing services
• Effectively communicate market conditions, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters to clients

Requirements

• Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
• Friendly and approachable, with outstanding people skills
• Demonstrable aptitude in negotiation and problem-solving
• Trustworthy and results-driven, with a strong track record of sales
• Ability to work independently and effectively, while also being a team player
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must be 18 years or older
