Part Time Reception/Cashier

Job Summary
Jeff D'Ambrosio Dodge Chrysler Jeep is looking for a talented and dependable Part-Time Reception/Cashier to join our team. You will be part of a world-class team responsible for greeting customers, accepting payments, handling paperwork, and other customer-related services. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits
This is a part-time position paying an hourly rate. Benefits are dependent on hours worked and availability, but may include a 401K plan, medical, dental, vision, and written performance reviews.

Responsibilities
• Greet incoming customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle customer payment, cash, and credit transactions
• Listen to customer concerns and offer appropriate resolution
• Answer phones, direct calls to the appropriate departments, and address customer issues
• Manage customer and dealer databases
• Provide general administrative support

Requirements
• Previous experience in customer service or the automotive industry preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Flexibility to work weekends
• Ability to maintain a professional and friendly manner in a fast-paced environment
