SmileCreator of Naple is located in beautiful Naples, Florida. We are actively looking for a friendly, self-motivated Patient Coordinator to join our team. Qualified candidates must possess a positive attitude, professional demeanor and outgoing personality, who is able to successfully fulfill the below responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Patient Intake/Check Out.
Confirming appointments.
- Phone and email communications.
Works closely with the Practice Manager.
Insurance Verification
Insurance Claims Processing/Follow up
Treatment Plan Presentation
- Account Receivables
Appointment Scheduling
Open Dental software
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years customer service experience, dental industry experience a plus.
- Must have a "thick" skin and be able to handle a high volume of angry/upset callers.
- Must possess an above average phone demeanor.
- Must be a great listener.
- Must be reliable and dependable.
- Must have a passion for helping others.
