Building Erection Craftsman / Co-Owner

Job Duties:

• Perform building erection of our pre-engineered and wood framed buildings
• Ensuring all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and protocols
• Install roofing, siding, insulation, and flashing
• Identifying and resolving issues or obstacles that arise during the construction process
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
• Be a team player – mentor and train new members of the team
• Strong attention to detail – build it as if it were your own

Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to read a tape measure and operate hand powered tools
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (0-50lbs ground to shoulder, 0-80lbs ground to carry-height)
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend for long periods of time
• Ability to travel typically within the state of WI (Home every weekend)
