Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Source, recruit, and screen candidates for various positions, including open funded, competitive, and proposal roles, staying informed about new technologies and skillsets.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and implement a strategic and personalized sourcing process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, program managers, and business development leads to understand job requirements and suggest effective recruiting strategies.
  • Work with your team to identify and overcome roadblocks, following a strategic process for optimal candidate response rates.
  • Utilize our applicant tracking system, ensuring high data integrity.
  • Advocate for and embody our company culture.
  • Anticipate challenges, leaning forward to recommend creative solutions.
