Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated DCGS Training Subject Matter Expert to join our team at Twenty-Nine Palms, CA to assist government customers with the development and implementation of new equipment training for the Distributed Common Ground/Surface Systems - Marine Corps (DCGS-MC) All-Source and GEOINT programs including both operator desktop application use and system administration configuration of Marine Corps Common Intelligence Workstation (MCCIW), Common GEOINT Workstation (CGW) and Marine Corps Common Intelligence Server (MCCIS)..

SECURITY CLEARANCE:

  • Applicant must be eligible for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop a training curriculum and scenarios to support resident MEF trainers with various periods of instruction, research, development and testing of new software and hardware releases to ensure usability for fleet Marine users is expected and preparing and hosting demonstrations for in-house.
  • This position will be on-site at Regional Intelligence Training Center (RITC), Twenty-Nine Palms, CA. Classroom primary audience will be teaching resident RITC trainers in a "Train-The-Trainer" role while also supporting classrooms of Marines on occasion.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Ten (10) years of experience with USMC intelligence systems to include the use of applications or system administration functions such as Esri ArcGIS, Agile Client, C2PC, Palantir, Analyst Notebook, Virtual Machine configuration, ESXI, vSphere, VCSA, iDRAC.
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience as an instructor, including classroom and/or OJT instruction.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in development of curriculum for classroom and OJT.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Must possess an operational knowledge of USMC Intelligence Systems, applications, and employment.

EDUCATION:

  • Must be Cyber Security Work Force (CSWF) certified for Information Assurance Technician Level II (IAT-II). This requires one of the following certifications: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security + CE, CND and SSCP. Must have one of these certifications at time of hire and it must remain active.
