Support Coaches shifts are as follows:
- Wednesdays-Saturdays, 1- 11 p.m. (full-time)
- Part-Time and Relief
Treatment Specialists shifts are as follows:
- Shifts are 1:00pm to 11:00pm.
- Four day work weeks.
- One weekend day off per week, and one full weekend off per rotation.
- Full 8-Week Rotating Schedule will be sent prior to interview.
Staff and leadership will be onsite at our Child & Family Healing Center (Building #25) and are prepared to hire well-qualified applicants on the spot (Bachelors in a Human Services related field or QMHP-C preferred, Masters required for Treatment Specialist). Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required for employment. EOE.
At CFHC, we relentlessly pursue solutions for young people ages 11-17 who are working to overcome complex challenges, including trauma. Our staff provide around-the-clock care in our new state-of-the-art Center, which opened in October 2021. Our staff are essential personnel who strive to maintain a safe and nurturing environment for youth at all times.
The Work:
These positions will provide therapeutic treatment to youth in residential care.
- Conduct and provide daily training and support to clients and staff. Responsible for management of the daily therapeutic milieu.
- Facilitate and document a variety of therapeutic interventions designed to support group development of youths' treatment plans including but not limited to daily goal setting, evaluation of daily expectations, and conflict resolution.
- Provide positive behavioral support for youth utilizing agency approved techniques, practices and procedures.
- Provide crisis intervention for residents to include the use of approved verbal and physical intervention techniques.
