We are seeking an Experienced Medical Front Desk Receptionist for a stable and steady Podiatry (foot doctor) practice. A signing bonus can be added with experience in ATHENA EMR.
References are also a plus. We offer competitive hourly with 401k, medical, dental, vision, life, gas card, and PTO. The practice closes for lunch.
There is a Grill and Cafe in the building and tons of food within 2 blocks. Covered parking with security. Absolutely no late hours. No weekend hours.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
- Escort patients to exam rooms
Qualifications:
- 1 or more years of previous experience in healthcare administration, medical reception, or other related fields
- Familiarity with medical billing procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational skills
