Description:

As a member of the Production Assurance and Technical Operations Group, the Operations Center (OC) Analyst will collaborate with other OC team members as well as teams across the enterprise to support the identification, classification, and remediation of client and system issues and anomalies that arise through daily operations. This associate will coordinate, and triage reported issues, investigate solutions, assign ownership, track progress, generate reporting metrics, as well as identify process improvements and efficiency gains to streamline the overall engagement process. The OC Analyst will work independently on specific project initiatives as well as collaboratively with other analysts to meet consistent service levels across the delivery process. Additionally, the Analyst will work through configuration tasks to enable client use cases, and will resolve processing failures as they arise.

To be qualified for this position, you have:

• A minimum of 2-years related experience in a technology (information exchange) and/or health care environment either vendor or hospital experience

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• Experience working in a HIPAA regulated environment is preferred

• Experience with IT support and application troubleshooting skills

• Familiarity with EDI/X12 transactions

• Familiarity with relational databases and a query language (SQL)

• Familiarity with File Transfer Protocol

• Exposure to scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python or JavaScript

• Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities, can respond by taking needed action without direct instructions

• Strong problem-solving and research skills

• Ability and desire to take ownership of a process workflow and guide it into maturity

• Patience and determination for working complex problems through adversity to completion

• Superior organizational skills
