Information Technology Operations Director - Full-time / Part-time

A leading acute care hospital located in the metropolitan New York City region is now seeking an experienced Information Technology Operations Director to join their award-winning healthcare team.

This not-for-profit medical center is home to roughly 300-beds and offers exceptional acute and preventative medical care to the surrounding communities. The Information Technology Operations Director oversees the daily functions of all end user services for the hospital system. Daily responsibilities include supporting all applications and devices for the organization, ensures quick resolution of incidents or requests, mentors and coaches the IT staff, leads logistics and asset management, ensures alignment with system policies and procedures, has oversight of department budgets, attends leadership meetings, and enforces the organization standards of practice.

• Bachelor’s level degree in related field
• Proven leadership experience in IT or End User Services
• Progressive knowledge of OS platforms (Windows, OSx, Mobile)
