About this job

Processes customer and government invoices. Review and correct G/L coding of receivables and monitoring of A/R aging. Work with sales to resolve discrepancies and handle all customer calls. Monthly close and roll-forward of A/R.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Process customer invoices and government invoicing daily.
  • Daily retrieval of bank reports/lockbox submittals and application of cash to invoices.
  • Research and process chargebacks, returns, and shipments discrepancies.
  • Process customer credit applications and monitor terms credit limits.
  • Review and monitor A/R aging reports.
  • Perform collection process for past due accounts.
  • Provide cash forecast weekly to Controller.
  • Assist with closing the A/R sub ledger monthly.
  • Provide research and support for quarterly and annual audit requests as needed.
  • Assist Controller with special projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 3-5 years in related job experience
  • Experience using general ledger/ERP software and tools
  • Good written & communication skills, including ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, customers and suppliers.
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office suite products (e.g., Word, One Note, Outlook).
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree
  • Experience with Infor Syteline and Quantum
  • Manufacturing experience
