Description

Summary:

The Quality Control Analyst is a full-time position in the Process Automation Operations department. Under direct supervision, performs a limited variety of assignments that are routine to moderately complex in nature, such as verifying, classifying, consolidating, maintaining, reconciling, researching and/or summarizing a variety of records, files, or documents on past practices for commercial, consumer or mortgage customer accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for auditing all work activities of processing production colleagues for the Process Automation Operations shared service.
  • Performs UAT testing, including preparing and executing test scripts on various business processes while in direct communication with HAWC IT.
  • Tracking and uploading imaging and file room procedures using CTMS.
  • Maintains procedures in a Content Management System and process maps within IBM Blueworks.
  • Provides coaching and feedback to the colleagues to ensure audit and quality standards are met.
  • This position is typically cross trained to support Process Automation Operations and IT testing initiatives.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


This is an in office position must be located near 5555 Cleveland Ave Columbus, Ohio

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of banking or records management experience.
  • Experience with MS Word and MS Excel


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technology related field
  • Experience with a testing tool (i.e. Quality Center or similar tool) for test execution.
  • MS Access and SharePoint experience a plus.
  • Experience working with a Business Process tool (i.e. IBM Case Manager, Pega) experience
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to Continuous Improvement
