Long Term Care - Registered Nurse - Full-time

Shift: 5:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of Long Term Care experience is required.

• Travel experience is preferred.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license prior to placement start.

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40 hours

Shift Requirements: 8hr and 12hr PM/NOCs

**any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence

Weekends: Every other

Holidays: As needed

Float Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare facilities

Required Skillset: Worked in LTC or Assisted Living Skilled Nursing Facility

Scrub Colors: black (no hats or hoodies. Scrub jackets okay)

GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
