The Office Associate will act as the main Point of Contact for Customers and ensure accurate and effective Customer Support, Invoice and Purchase order processing.
Job Description
· Collaborate with other team members to process Purchase Orders and create invoices for warehouse teams to process.
- Assist Customers on the phone and in person with questions. Ensure quick and accurate response time
· Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
· Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
Minimum Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent required, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field preferred.
· 2+ years of experience with Customer Service or sales
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment
