Facility Maintenance Technician
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to tackle routine building maintenance, preventative upkeep, and sanitation activities in our bustling food manufacturing facility. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and make a difference, we want to hear from you!
Job Duties:
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our facilities operate seamlessly. Your duties will include:
- Independently completing facility repairs across multiple locations in Burlington, including exterior ground maintenance
- Collaborating with managers to identify and address maintenance needs
- Proactively identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate
- Maintaining pristine production areas with clean floors
- Ensuring strict compliance with food safety regulations and protocols
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 6:45am-5:00pm
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance repair, with solid skills in basic electrical and plumbing
- Strong project management abilities, including prioritization and meeting deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for troubleshooting and finding solutions
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- A valid driver's license with a clean record
- Preferred: 2 years of maintenance experience
