Maintenance Technician | 2nd shift
Are you ready to keep our production machines humming and ensure top-quality output every day? We're seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to minimize downtime and maximize production quality. Join us in maintaining our commitment to excellence!
Job Duties:
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, responsible for:
- Performing preventive maintenance inspections and servicing on production machines
- Troubleshooting, repairing, and documenting machinery issues
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company requirements
- Handling building repair functions, including HVAC systems
Schedule: 1st Shift 6:45AM – 5:00PM OT on Saturdays as needed
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills, including low and high voltage up to 480V
- Ability to read blueprints and solve problems effectively
- Knowledge of manufacturing sanitation practices
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Physical ability to lift to 50 lbs., climb, twist, and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work varied hours as needed
- Minimum three years' experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial production and facility equipment in a manufacturing environment
