Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze and assess client's coverage needs and identify appropriate insurance policies.
- Review and process policy endorsements, certificates, and proposals.
- Provide risk management advice to clients, helping them understand their insurance options and make informed decisions.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with underwriters, brokers, and other insurance professionals to negotiate policy terms and conditions.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulatory changes to provide the best advice and service to clients.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance, specifically in property and casualty.
- Proven experience in account management, customer service, risk management, and policy analysis.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess client needs and identify appropriate insurance solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in using insurance software and digital tools.
- Insurance industry certifications (CPCU, CIC, CRM, etc.) are a plus.
- A valid Property and Casualty license is required.
