We are on the hunt for a Commercial Lines Account Manager who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a permanent hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work from home and in the office. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, providing risk management advice, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze and assess client's coverage needs and identify appropriate insurance policies.
  • Review and process policy endorsements, certificates, and proposals.
  • Provide risk management advice to clients, helping them understand their insurance options and make informed decisions.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with underwriters, brokers, and other insurance professionals to negotiate policy terms and conditions.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulatory changes to provide the best advice and service to clients.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance, specifically in property and casualty.
  • Proven experience in account management, customer service, risk management, and policy analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess client needs and identify appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using insurance software and digital tools.
  • Insurance industry certifications (CPCU, CIC, CRM, etc.) are a plus.
  • A valid Property and Casualty license is required.
