Southridge Chick-fil-A is looking for an Administrative Assistant who will provide overall support for the owner, HR Director, and other leaders at both restaurants. This person will need the utmost integrity when dealing with confidential personal and company matters. 


This person will need to be able to complete a wide variety of tasks ranging from:

1.      Serve Guests as needed (this is a restaurant and guest service is our primary responsibility!)

2.      Clean office as needed/check trash

3.      Overall organization of office

4.      File systems

5.      Office supplies

6.      Computer files

7.      Scanning/Copying

8.      Maintenance of printers, shredder, computer, etc.

9.      Ordering uniforms as needed

10.  Answering phone calls

11.  Payroll (tracking paid time off only)

12.  Manage owner and HR Directors time/calendar

13.  Schedules meetings and supports visitors

14.  Laundry and tracking of uniforms

15.  Tracking Team Member leadership program

16.  Organizing Team Member anniversary celebrations/awards program

17.  Assist with handling insurance claims

18. Interviews

19. Owner projects/schedule

o  Owner projects are projects that would be completed on behalf of the owner, at his discretion. It would involve utilizing the skills of the Administrative Assistant to facilitate a quicker completion of a project. An example might be revisions to the policy handbook or task list.


***Job Requirements (these are key factors in this role)

Must have the ability to travel between restaurant/offsite

Work Monday-Saturday (off Sunday plus one other day)

Effective time management, leadership, responsibility and ability to take initiative!

Must be able to navigate Excel and create spreadsheets

Must have the ability to work independently & under supervision

Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and professional behavior

  • Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
  • Manage employee performance and policy/procedure violations with appropriate handling
  • Strictly adheres to all company policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate a passion for the business and managing the overall operations


Additional Job Responsibilities:

  • Work in position alongside team and you must be humble & patient enough to learn the Chick-fil-A way for roughly 6 months to understand everything operationally

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 18 years old
  • Previous administrative experience REQUIRED
  • MUST have OPEN availability (Meaning you can work anytime any day)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Adaptable & flexible to change (adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities)
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40lbs
  • Honors and encourages others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant
  • Must have a source of reliable transportation able to travel between locations
