Pay Rate: $1923.00 - $2215.00
PT to work at 2 skilled and LTC facilities in Damariscotta and Boothbay Harbor maine. Float between the 2 buildings.
Years of Experience: 2
Equipment: provided
EMR: Optima and PointClickCare
Must Have Skills/Experience: Licensed RPT, CPR
Type of Patients on Unit: elderly long term care residents and skilled rehab short stay residents. Typically with acute on chronic conditions ie. CHF, COPD, Arthritis, falls/fracture, neurological, weakness
Personality Fit: Flexible, easy going, works well with team
Dress Code: Scrub Color: can wear scrubs of any color or can wear khakis (pants) and collared shirt (no tshirts with logos or pictures)
Any unacceptable attire: jeans, shorts, hoodies, logos on clothes, no sweat pants
position will float between Cove’s Edge in Damariscotta and St. Andrews Village in Boothbay Harbor
RADIUS RULE: 90 miles from ANY Maine Health facility
