• Understand and adhere to all food hygiene and health safety regulations
• Cook and prepare food items, while ensuring speedy service and that only quality food items are prepared and using correct portions to ensure proper food cost procedures are followed

• Monitor and control safe food handling procedures, including: time/temperature control, sanitation, cross-contamination, product rotation, storage levels, and cooling procedures.

Positions are available throughout our in-park food & beverage locations and our resort locations.
