Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required.

• 12 months of Emergency Department experience is required.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license prior to placement start.

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel and Local candidates are eligible to apply for this role.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:

Shift: Mostly 1p-1a and 2p-2a

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 48

Weekend Hours: As required by the facility

Float Requirements: Must float as needed, this is non-negotiable

Must Have Skills/Experience: Performs direct patient care activities for all age groups to include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Monitors and coordinates patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort. Functions within the scope of nursing preparation and consistent with the established guidelines of nursing practice, the Missouri Nurse Practice Act, Mercy Code of Conduct, Mercy Mission and Values and Mercy Service Standards.
