Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Duties: - Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems. - Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate records. - Respond to maintenance requests from various departments in a timely manner. - Conduct inspections and identify potential issues or hazards. - Fabricate or modify parts as needed to complete repairs. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and minimize downtime. - Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance concerns and resolving issues promptly. - Assist in supervising contractors and vendors as necessary. - Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in maintenance or related field preferred. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. - Knowledge of CMMS software and basic computer skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. - Leadership skills to supervise and coordinate with other team members.
