As the MRO Customer Excellence Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the administrative and logistical aspects of avionics repair and servicing operations. Your responsibilities will include organizing, coordinating, and overseeing the workflow through the repair process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and facilitating efficient communication among internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the administrative functions related to aviation product repairs and services within the Repair Station.
  • Coordinate the intake, tracking, RMA’s, and documentation of aviation products for repair, ensuring accurate records are maintained throughout the process.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to schedule, prioritize, and track ELT repairs and services, ensuring timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, Part 145/21 standards, and other relevant aviation industry requirements regarding ELT repair and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the technical and quality team to ensure seamless communication and accurate exchange of information regarding product status and repair progress.
  • Handle inquiries, provide updates, and address concerns related to product repairs from customers and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage inventory levels of spare parts and supplies, coordinating procurement activities as needed.
  • Prepare reports, maintain databases, and analyze data related to repairs, contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Support the Quality Assurance team in maintaining and updating procedures and documentation about ARTEX ELT repair processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered instead of a degree.
  • Previous experience (3 years) in an administrative or customer support role, preferably in aviation or avionics repair.
  • Excellent time management skills along with organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using office software, databases, and communication tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
