HB Staffing is seeking an Account Receivables Clerk to lead teams that create and maintain a company's financial records, storing and organizing data into balance sheets and reports.
Job Description:
- File documents according to standards
- Record transactions in the general ledger or other accounting system
- Run myriad reports from the system of record according to an agreed upon schedule and disseminate reports
- Develop financial statements
- Provide effective performance coaching that helps your team members achieve their best results
- Strategically allocate your time on those activities that will best accomplish the goal
Position Requirements:
- Comply with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures)
- Maintain a clean, orderly & organized workspace
