Employers Options is seeking a Talent Engagement Manager to join a growing and dynamic team! 

Job Description:

• Set up employee for success on first day: Send first day instructions, call to check in, greet employee first day onsite if appropriate
• Serve as a main point of contact for all employee issues
• Regular outbound connection points with employees (day 1, day 7, first paycheck, day 30, day 60 , birthday)
• Daily timekeeping review- ensure employees are clocked in , onsite and time is entered correctly
• Gather feedback on individual employees from customer hiring manager
• Provide positive feedback and coaching conversations; assign trainings as needed

 

Position Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills or project management familiarity; ability to manage multiple concurrent touch-points simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, adept at effectively engaging with diverse audiences and providing constructive feedback. Ability to assess feedback and document appropriately in real time.
• Ability to build rapport and establish positive and meaningful connections with both clients and employees.
• Intermediate skills in all Microsoft Office Software – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
