Talento Search Group has an opening for a Process Engineer in the Thomaston, Georgia area. This is a direct-hire position.
*Duties & Responsibilities:*
* Improve processes by analyzing efficiencies, workflow, and layout
* Drive process optimization and resolve process and equipment issues
* Validation of new products
* Prepare proposals for new equipment acquisitions
* Oversee the implementation and verification of new equipment
* Maintain, calibrate, clean, and monitor injection mold machines
* Set up and run new products with production team
*Experience Needed:*
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is strongly preferred
* At least 3 years of process engineering experience
* Experience with measuring tools, gauges, and cutting tools
* Manufacturing analysis tools including statistical process control, design of experiments, process capability studies, or lean manufacturing
