*Duties & Responsibilities:*
* Support customer network
* Answer customer questions and upsell to customers
* Manage incoming calls
* Manage warranty claims
* Track projects and communications with customers
*Experience Needed:*
* Bachelor's Degree in Business is preferred
* At least 2 years of customer service or inside sales rep experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Strong communication and presentation skills
