Manufacturing Engineer - Industrial Engineering

Plans, coordinates, and performs manufacturing engineering work for a project or process. Operates in a team environment within either the enterprise product delivery process or the enterprise order fulfilment process. At this level, projects are of limited scope and responsibility; work plans and decisions are made within established guidelines and may be reviewed by supervisors and/or managers. May assign coordinate and review portions of the work for support personnel and contractors. Specific position requirements: Engineering support for SAP EWM warehouse in Mattoon, IL. Will define processes related to receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Will serve as the resident SAP EWM transactional expert assisting with the training of wage employees and sharing of best practices to improve productivity, quality, delivery, safety, and cost. Requirements: SAP expertise Root cause analysis and corrective action experience Data analytics skills – visualization skills Communication is key, must be a team-player and organized. Will work with front line pack/ship people, engineers, pickers and everything in between. Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels.
