Job DescriptionCompany Description
One of our growing clients is looking for a Director, Technical Process to oversee the continuous improvement and safety of company equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to engineers to achieve improvements and stay in compliance with production.
- Create and implement programs to support targets.
- Conduct analysis reports and resolve problems with equipment.
- Oversee department budgets.
- Works with Capital Projects to develop and maximize the company’s’ refining department.
- Carryout programs/initiatives throughout cross functional departments.
- Ensure relevant engineering standards are being adhered to for equipment repairs and upgrades.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related field required.
- 10+ years’ of Refining Industry required.
- 6+ years’ experience in Management required.
- Master’s or MBA preferred.
Compensation: $210,000 - $235,000 plus 20% bonus
