We are seeking a talented and experienced Operations Manager, who will play a critical role in supporting our day-to-day operations and oversee the planning and execution of events.


Key Responsibilities:


●Collaborate to develop, implement and run key systems and processes in relation to protocols, personnel, and back-office support

●Various administrative duties to assist with team communication and efficiencies

●Drive project management through software utilization, communication with key stakeholders, with a focus on moving projects and goals forward

●Manage day to day operations and assist in leading onsite personnel

●Database management

●Collaborate and support the development and implementation of customer care processes and communication

●Collaborate with handling customer inquiries, reporting and KPI tracking


2.Event Planning and Management:

●Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, including corporate retreats, large scale outdoor adventure events, one day events, hunts, and group bookings

●Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and partners

●Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to achieve favorable terms and pricing

●Work closely with clients and event coordinators to understand their requirements and preferences

●Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, catering, entertainment, and technical support

●Oversee event budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective event execution

●Provide on-site event management and supervision to ensure seamless operations

●Evaluate the success of events and identify areas for improvement


Qualifications:

●Proven track record of success in project management, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

●Proven track record of leading a dynamic team

●Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

●Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with meticulous attention to detail

●Proficiency in project management software and tools

●Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

●Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
