Job Title:SchoolParaprofessional (certification or associates degree required)
Location: Kingfisher, OK
Type:Full-Time (30-40Hours/Week; 5 days/week)
Pay Range: $23/hr (flat rate)
ASAP- End of School Year
School experience preferred but not required

More Information on the Position:
We are looking for a tremendous and passionate Paraprofessionals to join our team here at ProCare Therapy!We are looking for candidates that will have a strong understanding of classroom management and experience working with elementary, middle, and highschool students.

Responsibilities:

• Help lead teacher in planning and implementing classroom activities

• Work in small groups and individual students to support their learning and development

• Supervise students during play and other activities

• Maintain a positive and safe learning environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience working with school students (preferred)

• Strong understanding of classroom management

• School experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Patience and empathy

• Creativity and imagination
