Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to play a critical role in our commitment to safety and sustainability. The EHS Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing our company's environmental health and safety programs.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive EHS programs, policies, and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
2. Ensure the company is in compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations, including OSHA, ANSI Z10, and ISO 45001.
3. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
4. Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses to prevent recurrence and ensure continuous improvement.
5. Develop and deliver EHS training programs to employees at all levels of the organization.
6. Manage and oversee the company's food processing safety program, ensuring adherence to all relevant standards and regulations.
7. Serve as a subject matter expert on all EHS matters, providing guidance and advice to management and staff.
8. Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in EHS performance.
9. Lead the company's sustainability initiatives, promoting environmentally friendly practices and reducing our environmental footprint.
10. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, ensuring the company is aware of and prepared for changes in EHS regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Safety, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an EHS role within the Manufacturing industry.
3. Certifications such as RSO (Range Safety Officer), CSP (Certified Safety Professional), CHMM (Certified Hazardous Materials Manager), or CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist) are strongly preferred.
4. Extensive knowledge of EHS regulations, including OSHA, ANSI Z10, and ISO 45001.
5. Experience in food processing safety is required.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex E
