We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Physical Therapist - Orthopedics to join our dynamic team in the medical industry. The ideal candidate will possess a Doctorate degree and have extensive experience in Orthopedics. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits packages.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs and goals.
  • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions to improve patients' range of motion, strength, flexibility, and overall function.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care for patients.
  • Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and self-care techniques to improve outcomes and prevent future injuries.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay up-to-date on the latest advances in physical therapy and orthopedics.

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedics.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices in physical therapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
