ProCare Therapy, a leading staffing agency in the education field, is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologistto join our team at one of our trusted schools in Saint Clair, MO. In this contracted role, you will work closely with students, educators, and parents to provide essential speechservices within a school environment. Your expertise will contribute to the overall well-being and development of students, helping them reach their full potential.

Job Details:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' speech and language goals.
- Provide direct intervention services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students' academic and social success.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop comprehensive intervention plans.

Job Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
Interview Process:
- (10 15) minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- 20-30 Minute virtual interview directly with the school
- Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview.
