Job Details


  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to brainstorm and conceptualize new and enhanced products for suspended scaffolding applications.
  • Utilize CAD models to produce detailed manufacturing, application, and layout drawings.
  • Conduct research to offer product solutions and application support to Dealers and end-users.
  • Contribute to the production of manuals and specification sheets.
  • Conduct virtual or physical testing of new products to ensure design integrity.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of relevant industry standards.
  • Collaborate with Operations personnel to enhance drawings, reduce costs, and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Support the expansion of Engineering team capabilities and assist in creating new processes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience with SolidWorks; experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is advantageous.
  • Preferred: 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to the construction industry being beneficial.
