As our Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating customer activities (internally/externally) in assigned customer accounts and supporting the Director of Sales & Program Management.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Key Account Manager, or Supply Chain Manager strongly preferred
  • Proven experience in strategic account management, program management, or sales within the electronic manufacturing industry or related sectors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive informed decisions
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Must possess strong and polished interpersonal skills, and represent the company well with integrity, professionalism, and dignity
  • Must be a "team player" and an effective communicator
  • Must be able to independently prioritize workload
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, strong proficiency with Excel, and Outlook) as well as the company's MRP/ERP & CRM system
  • Technical skills, and competencies highly preferred (such as blueprint reading)

What will you be Accountable for?

  • Enhance Company's relationships with customers by interfacing with various customer stakeholders, including customers buyers, engineers, quality, program & operation management
  • Provides timely customer support; answers any inquiries from customers
  • Act as the liaison between assigned customers and internal teams
  • Prioritize jobs to support customers' needs
  • Status jobs and sub-assemblies thru internal production
  • Lead customer reviews and maintain customer register, including disseminating meeting notes and post-meeting follow-ups
  • Support customer requests for quotes: Validate TDP (Technical Data Package), create quote opportunities in assigned accounts, finalize formal quotes, follow up on quotes
  • Coordinate, prepare and lead new project kick-off meetings for customer's assigned
  • Provide full reporting of customer activities to management
  • Responsible for writing up contract review folder for sales orders and coordinate/managing through completion
  • Data entry: process sales purchase orders, maintain customers information, products update, check sales orders for any data entry errors, update dates to align with production capabilities
  • Status schedules, process change orders and capture all cost impact, maintain customer communication
  • Develop Gantt charts
  • Prepare various sales reports
