The practice offers a wide variety of services, including routine eye and vision care, contact lens fitting, acute care for medical eye problems, and chronic eye disease management. What you'll do:

On a typical day, you can expect to conduct 14 to 20 comprehensive and intermediate exams. The position is 3 days/24 hours per week, with the option to increase to full-time in the future. Caring for a diverse range of patients, you will assist patients with contact lens fitting, chronic disease management, and complete charts along with providing accurate care to all patients. With access to cutting-edge technology such as Optos retinal imaging, OCT, Humphery Field Analyzer, Humphery FDT perimeter, Autorefractor, and Non-contact Tonometer, you will have all the necessary tools to confidently assess each patient's needs. A team of experienced professionals will assist in all aspects of patient care, including exams, treatments, contact lens fittings, and evaluations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Licensed Therapeutic Optometrist in Texas with Optometric Glaucoma Specialist Designation
• Active DEA registration
• Professional Liability Insurance
