As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work with businesses in the Crossroad area to provide staffing solutions. Following our proven 10 step interview and screening process, you will identify the best possible candidates and find pride in matching good people with good jobs in our local area.

• High school diploma/GED required

Job Duties:

• Minimum of 100 outbound sales calls to missing and current clients per week
• Minimum of 10 interviews per week
• Managing a client profile of up to 50 client companies and 70 employees working in your division
• Attending recruiting events, job fairs and community networking events as they become available.
• Willingness to answer calls after hours or on weekends as needed.

This is a full time position with business hours of 8AM-5PM, however there will be after hours events that will be beneficial to attend occasionally and hours will be flexible for those events. The pay will include hourly plus commissions and bonuses. Base pay will start at $14/hr - $16/hr and commissions are uncapped.
