Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Conducting and inspecting tool/mold changes, assembled components, flaming, and fiber glassing.
- Ensuring that paperwork and procedures are followed meticulously.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our production processes.
- Promoting a positive and productive working environment by working well with the team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Experience in production part processes, with a focus on rotational molding and assembly.
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical ability to handle parts and materials weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Ability to work long days in a warm environment.
- An exceptional eye for detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
