Compensation: $120,000 - $155,000 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experience.

ABOUT THE JOB

Engagement Managers will manage OneStream Services implementation projects in a billable capacity and assigned internal initiatives. The Engagement Manager partners with Sales, Services and Support to manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction and retention. In addition, the Engagement Manager will work to identify other areas of opportunity for OneStream within the client organization. The Engagement Manager must be self-sufficient and proactive in managing their work while maintaining appropriate communication and escalation to the customer and OneStream management.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for proactively managing engagements to successful conclusion while positioning OneStream for additional sales and services opportunities.
• Partner across OneStream for customer relationship management of multiple accounts.
• Manage all aspects of engagement economics and coordination with other service lines within OneStream as needed.
• Develop project plans and schedules that enable effective management of the constraints of scope, quality, time and budget.
• Communicate progress, issues and risks to the client and OneStream stakeholders via regular written and verbal methods.
• Manage scope changes with the client and obtain written agreement on changes that impact the project budget and schedule.
• Leverage OneStream's engagement methodology and actively contribute to the continuous improvement.
• Maintain effective and collaborative relationships with engagement associated third-party partners.
• Leverage the collective expertise of the team to identify project risks and take corrective action.
• Effectively manage internal and external teams as well as multiple solution threads.
• Support project onboarding and engagement initiatives by identifying staffing requirements, helping to maintain proper project staffing levels, and mentoring new team members.

QUALITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 5 years project management experience.
• 10-12 years working in software, financial systems or EPM implementations.
• Experience implementing software solutions.
• Four-year college degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with the MS Office suite, including MS Project.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Master Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology.
• A professional project management designation.
• Prior experience with any of the following products is a plus:
  • OneStream
  • HFM (Hyperion Financial Management)
  • FDM (Financial Data Quality Management)
  • Hyperion Planning/Hyperion Essbase
  • SAP Outlooksoft BPC
  • SAP BOFC (Cartesis)
  • IBM Cognos
  • Anaplan
  • Blackline
  • Other EPM solutions.

TRAVEL

• Regular travel is a critical part of this role and willingness to travel up to 80-100% of work time is required.
