Role Overview:

Join our growing Digital Experience Platform team as a Business Analyst to facilitate our portal product delivery. In this role, you'll work closely with service line stakeholders including UX/UI, Product Design, Management, and Development teams to ensure project requirements are accurately captured, developed, and implemented. With a keen focus on user experience and business needs, you'll perform detailed requirements analysis and support the delivery of high-quality digital solutions and help drive a better user experience. This position demands a strong knowledge of ServiceNow EC Pro, design principles, and the ability to work across various functions within enterprise-wide strategic programs.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Facilitate workshops to align ServiceNow configurations with UX goals.

·      Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team throughout the project lifecycle.

·      Document and model business, process, and data requirements.

·      Collaborate with the Platform Delivery Team on release planning and estimates.

·      Support product backlog management, story authoring, and validation.

·      Translate technical details for non-technical service line stakeholders and contribute to process design and improvement.

·      Prioritize user-centric designs and solutions, and support change management activities.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role focusing on ServiceNow platform, such as HRSD and EC Pro.

·      Proven experience in configuring and maintaining ServiceNow, with a deep understanding of its out-of-the-box (OOTB) user experience capabilities.

·      Exceptional communication skills, able to simplify complex technical information for non-technical audiences.

·      Solid experience in agile development environments and familiarity with agile tools like ServiceNow Agile 2.0.

·      Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with a detailed and solution-oriented approach.
