Responsibilities - Collision Center Estimator:

• Inspect and assess auto body collision-related damage with precision, write cost estimate of parts and labor needed to repair and restore to pre-loss condition, and review with customer.
• Communicate with the insurance company regarding the claim.
• Collaborate with customers, insurance reps, and internal teams.
• Follow repair jobs through the entire process, keep the customer updated, and quality control vehicle for final delivery.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Ensure exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the repair process
  
  

Qualifications - Collision Center Estimator:

• Collision Center Estimator Experience is REQUIRED
• Experience with industry standard software tools
• Must be detailed and efficient in writing a complete estimate 
• Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills
• In depth knowledge of collision repair processes and techniques
• Team participant
• Organized with a good work ethic and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent.
