Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, weekend once a month
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- WV is part of the PT compact privilege states
- 1 year experience
- Home Health experience
- Current and unencumbered license to practice physical therapy specific to that state the employee is assigned to work by the Company
- Successful completion of a physical therapy program at a school of physical therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
- BLS
- 2-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred
