Summary of essential job functions
Human Resources
- Aide in creating solutions which will support dispute investigation and resolution.
- Assist management in structuring a documented approach for employee disciplinary actions.
- On-Boarding Activities: I-9, E-Verify, New Hire Presentation and Training
- Assist in new hire orientation.
- Ensure Human Resource Information System is up-to-date within 24 hours (or 1 (one) business days of change).
- Act as a liaison between employees and the company with regard to payroll, benefits, and HR related topics.
- Focus on employee morale by aiding in the continued development of a culture grounded in trust and support.
- Lead the Safety Quality and Productivity scorecard across all divisions.
- Coordinate with division safety leads to ensure safety logs and documentation are updated regularly and organized.
- Instill a sense of commonality throughout all divisions based on a shared services concept while providing complete division support from the corporate locale.
- Ad hoc projects as assigned.
Education and Qualifications
- Minimum Five (5) years of previous generalist experience required. Manufacturing or distribution facilities optimal
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field required or equivalent work experience.
- Payroll and benefits knowledge helpful
- HR certification a plus but not necessary
- Proficient in MS Office products, namely Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Typical office environment
Salary Range - $65,000-$75,000
